The site presents the services offered by ADN Services: payroll administration, payroll outsourcing, REPSE-registered specialized services and fiscal-labor advisory, and facilitates commercial contact with interested companies.
Information published is for informational purposes only and does not by itself constitute a binding offer of services. All engagements are formalized through the specific contract signed with the client.
3. Acceptance of terms
Using the site implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. We recommend reviewing both documents periodically, as they may be updated without prior notice.

You agree to use the site in accordance with applicable Mexican law, morality, accepted standards of conduct and public order. The following are prohibited:

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For the interpretation, performance and enforcement of these terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tlajomulco de Zuniga, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
